We live in an age of heavy social media use. Everyone loves to post every little detail about their lives. Naturally, this includes the big milestones like birthdays, weddings, and pregnancy/birth announcements.
When it comes to pregnancy announcements, a whole new trend surrounding it has evolved: the gender reveal. You can almost guarantee that within a few weeks of seeing someone post a sonogram photo there will be a video gender reveal to follow.
The “reveal” has been tailored over the years to include other kinds of reveals such as a new furry addition to the family – those are always my favorites. But there is one couple who came up with a clever reveal. Rather than just sharing that they adopted a teenager into their family, they decided to make a fun first family photoshoot!

The pictures are honestly so lovely. It was a truly clever way to share some wonderful life news with the world and make their new child feel like a special part of the family. The “Adoption Reveal” was clearly a success.
