This 19-year-old woman used her savvy to catch her fiance and she’s not about to hold back when it comes to her method. The suggestion that saved her from potentially walking down the aisle was a simple one. It was a prenuptial agreement that included a special clause. The clause states that if one party cheats on the other, they are required financial compensation for emotional damages.
Kira is a Las Vegas native who got engaged to her boyfriend after dating for four months. It is easy to see why someone would want to be sure that they are the one for them after such a relatively short period of time.
In addition to a marriage proposal, the two-timing boyfriend was also pressuring her to have his child. Three days before the proposal, Kira found out he was cheating.
As she shared on TikTok, it was thanks to the prenup idea that she was able to secure her mental and emotional health. We cannot begin to imagine how scared the cheating fiance was when she brought this idea to his attention. He was not comfortable with the agreement at all, signing it very reluctantly. According to Kira, he “showed lessened intentions of getting married after that.”
She was willing to forgive the infidelity, though. “Of course, me being stupid, I gave him another chance,” she shared in the video. Before all of this happened, she was in the process of planning a wedding and had even picked out a dress.
Thanks to the proposed prenup, the couple got into a big fight and didn’t move forward with the wedding planning.
