TikToker @shadowsbyjas is the architect of this prank, as she and her friends looked to tease their boo things a little bit.
This prank is known as the “same shirt” prank and it is a hilarious one. Each of these women gave their boyfriend some very simple instructions: They were all asked to wear the same color-blocked sweater. From there, the men were instructed to meet them at a restaurant.
When the men finally made their way to the restaurant, they had quite the surprise on their hands. “We did the same shirt prank on our boyfriends on April Fools’ Day,” Jas wrote in the caption. “They had no idea.”
The girlfriends all sat on one side of the establishment and watched the boyfriends start to trickle in. It did not take long before the men realized that they were all wearing the same shirt. It’s such a brilliant prank and we love the execution. “Can you tell they’re embarrassed?” said Jas. The fact that all of the men have similar haircuts and beards only added to the hilarity.
Since they are all friends, it was easy for them to laugh at the situation. “Backstory: They’re laughing extra hard because they are all friends and had no idea they would all be seeing/hanging out with each other,” Jas wrote in the comments.
