If there is one thing that we all want out of a relationship, it’s to feel comfortable with our significant other. We want them to be there for us through thick and thin and to demonstrate their love for us in all ways.
Unfortunately, that’s not how it always works. That fact was clearly demonstrated, thanks to a TikTok video of what happened in a German escape room.
If you’ve never had an opportunity to take part in an escape room before, it is a fascinating concept. Players will go into an escape room and must work together to find clues so they can escape before the time expires.
Although the purpose of the escape room is to work together and develop teamwork, it seems as if one boyfriend didn’t get the memo. When a monster suddenly showed up in the escape room, he shoved his girlfriend to the side to give himself the opportunity to get out.
In the end, he left behind a girlfriend who was likely confused and probably getting angrier by the minute.
The text in the video read: “POV: You are in an Escaperoom [sic] and your boyfriend sacrifices you to safe himself.”
When a monster suddenly showed up in the room, the boyfriend not only got away first, he shoved his girlfriend in the general direction of the intruder and closed the door behind him as he ran out.
You could almost feel the fear of his girlfriend as she was banging on the door and screaming, trying to get out before the monster got to her.
