There is still time to get the coolest pancake stake around!
Baskin-Robbins is doing a limited time on its Tall Stack Cake – an ice cream cake that is made to look exactly like a giant stack of pancakes, with syrup and butter on them.
The cake is made with one later of ice cream and one layer of cake, and then it is covered in frosting. The “syrup” is made using a caramel praline mix and the butter is made using a scoop of vanilla ice cream shaped to butter.
The Tall Stack Cake is also fully customizable in its flavor as you can choose what ice cream and cake flavor you want.

The Tall Stack Cake is available through the 31st of May. According to a press release, there is more good news from the ice cream makers, and that is that Baskin-Robbins is also launching a new ice cream flavor called Breakfast in Bed. It’s actually the Flavor of the Month for May.
According to the release, the development of the Breakfast in Bed flavor took on many different flavor pairings. However, it eventually was settled that the buttermilk pancake and maple syrup ice creams would go on to be “the stars of the scoop.”
Additionally, in the press release, Baskin-Robbins explained, “Adding the swirls of blueberry compote throughout provides a burst of authentic fruity sweetness and deliciously complements the combination of ice cream flavors. The scoop is then finished off with the pancake pieces swirled throughout to provide the fluffy texture of a real pancake.”
