We’ve all placed an order with Amazon at least once in our lives, but not many of us have gotten free advice with the delivery of our packages.
But for Jessica Huseman, her Amazon delivery driver imparted some free and potentially life-saving advice, and the entire thing was captured in a video which was later shared to TikTok. It has already been viewed more than 4 million times.
The TikTok begins with the Amazon delivery driver walking up to Huseman’s door, carrying her package. While it seems like it will be a regular delivery caught on camera, it turned out to be anything but.
The delivery driver was quite happy and upbeat and was even caught singing on camera. However, she quickly noticed something that was off. Rather than ignoring it and walking away, she decided to point it out, and she did it in the nicest way possible.
First, the delivery driver tells the homeowner through the camera that she hopes they have a good day. Then, she goes on to kindly tell the homeowner that the house is lacking house numbers. This can make the house quite difficult to find.
But how exactly is this a lifesaving bit of advice? Simple. As the delivery driver pointed out to the camera, “What if you needed any medical assistance and the paramedics didn’t know your town well?”

The Amazon driver turned out to be a woman named Kelsey, who is also on TikTok. Once Huseman shared the video of Kelsey’s advice, she reshared it on her own TikTok, citing how she feels it’s the right thing to tell others the truth.
Others were commenting their praise for Kelsy’s advice, with one TikToker writing on the video, “As a paramedic, thank you for this! Finding houses without numbers is the worst!!”
Someone else wrote, “my favorite part of this… you were more concerned with their safety than being inconvenienced while you work.”
