Butterfly Decoration
Are you wanting to add an extra special touch to the dessert you’re preparing? This beautiful butterfly is just the thing! This decoration may look delicate and hard to accomplish, but that couldn’t be further than the truth. First, print or draw your design of choice. Then, place a piece of parchment or wax paper over the design and pipe some melting chocolate over the lines. For the butterfly, place the paper in the center of an open book and prop up the sides with small bowls so that the design is slightly folded in the middle. Then, let it dry. Once it’s dry, peel of the paper and stick it in your dessert!
