Woman Shares How She Had A ‘Glow Up’ In Her 50s
Beauty comes with age, so the old adage goes. That’s a lesson that social media user Annamaria Kalebic is more than happy to teach.
In a recent video she posted, she is sharing her secrets and letting the world know how good she looks (and feels) at her current age. “I lost my groove in my 40s, but thankfully I found it again in my 50s,” she shared.

How did this happen, though? She shared photos of herself at the age of 50 and the difference between these pictures and the ones from her forties is night and day!
Her hair has gotten much fuller and her face is clearly much thinner than it used to be. Not to worry, though. She is proud to share her secrets.

“I lost my groove in my 40s, but thankfully I found it again in my 50s! Good nutrition, strength training and taking good care of myself are just some of the changes I’ve made which have given me my confidence back! I feel healthier and more beautiful than ever! Investing in myself has helped not only me but those around me too. It’s been hands down one of my best decisions! I’m on a mission to help you too!” her TikTok caption reads.

We are forever in her debt now. As we age, it gets harder and harder to maintain our typical level of beauty. These are glow-up tips that are sure to help anyone, though, it does not matter what their age may be.
“I count plants not calories,” she further shared on Instagram. “It’s the reason why I feel fitter now in my 50s than I did in my 20s.”

Of course, there are some who are skeptical about these types of claims. They believe that they are the product of good lighting, camera tricks, and/or a lot of body modifications like botox and fillers.
Either way, we’re glad this woman is feeling and looking her best! Eating well and exercising never hurt anyone, and who knows, it could help you achieve the glow-up you’ve been looking for.
