Making Mealtime Meaningful: Discover how we're giving back with the 12T Cares program →

A skillet meal is the perfect solution to getting a home cooked meal on the table on busy weeknights. An entire meal out of one pan means there’s only one dish for you to wash, and yet you get a cohesive, delicious – and quick – complete meal. Here are four of our favorite skillet meals for you to try!

10-Minute Sausage Broccolini Skillet

A dinner that’s healthy, delicious and is ready in just 10 minutes? What could be better than that? Well, one that comes together in one pan. But luckily this one does. It’s an astoundingly quick skillet meal that’s full of bright veggies and tasty sausage and it’s so satisfying that you’ll be turning to it as a last-minute weeknight meal over and over again.

Roasted Garlic Chicken Skillet

Okay, this one does take a little bit of extra prep time in the oven, but roasting garlic is always worth it! If you’ve got a little bit of extra time to spare on making dinner, this is the recipe to end all recipes and we’re always so happy we made it. You can’t be shy about garlic when it comes to this bad boy. After all, it’s called roasted garlic chicken skillet for a reason! Deliciously fried chicken coated in a roasted garlic cream sauce?? Whoa, you haven’t tasted greatness until you’ve tried this.

Garlic Butter Steak Bites & Potatoes

A meat and potatoes meal is a familiar craving, and it’s an easy enough one to satisfy. It’s not all that hard to grill up a steak and bake a potato, I’ll admit, but these herby steak and potato bites have quickly become my favorite go-to meal when a meat and potatoes craving strikes. It’s a quick twenty-minute skillet meal where the steak comes out tender and the potatoes lightly crisped and every bite is cloaked in herbalicious, garlicky, buttery flavor. Quick, delicious meat and potatoes in one pan… who can argue with that?

20-Minute Balsamic Peach Chicken Skillet

Chicken always seems to be the protein I turn to when I’m looking to prepare dinner in a hasty fashion. It’s quick cooking and it’s versatile, so it’s a good choice for such a meal, but all too often that meal ends up being a very basic chicken breast alongside something like steamed broccoli. Quick? Yes. Healthy? You bet. Boring? A little bit. That’s why I love something like this Balsamic Peach Chicken Skillet instead of the usual plain chicken and steamed veggie. It’s just as quick, just as healthy, but so much more interesting and delicious.
