Worker Explains Why McDonald’s Food Taste Better Than Other Fast Food

Like many people who enjoy fast food, however, you may find yourself navigating to McDonald’s more often than the others. As it turns out, this isn’t by accident.
Michael Ryan is a former McDonald’s employee who has a TikTok channel and reveals some of the secrets of that fast-food chain. He talks about the reason why people tend to love McDonald’s so much, and it has everything to do with science.
In a recent viral video, he started out with an example that most people would probably overlook; the straws.
He said: “Your straw at McDonald’s is larger. Do you know why it’s larger? Because it lets more carbonation hit the tongue and lets the soda taste better.” He then went on to compare the big straws at McDonald’s with smaller straws at 7-Eleven.
Grilled chicken is another favorite at McDonald’s, and it is popular because of the ingredients. One of those ingredients is saltwater, which they inject into the chicken to keep it flavorful and moist.
He then went back to talking about the soda, and it seems as if there is more to the reason why we enjoy it so much from McDonald’s other than the straws we use. It seems as if McDonald’s has its own syrup recipe for Coke, so it has a little more sugar and a lot more flavor!
What about the ice cream at McDonald’s? He says: “Their ice cream machine is made from whole whipping cream, and it’s cleaned once a week.”
Finally, no discussion about tasty McDonald’s food would be complete without talking about chicken McNuggets. He said that Tyson makes their McNuggets and they are not processed, they are privately labeled and made by that food company.
