Baking might be her main hustle but that does not mean that she can’t cook and chop. According to her, the salad that she has come up with is so delicious, you are going to want to drink it. There is plenty of cabbage and cucumbers and the salad dressing is also very healthy. Melissa creates it with the use of lemon juice, spinach, and olive oil, so you know it’s good.

The recipe is very easy to put together, as well. Melissa is able to scoop out this salad with a tortilla chip, which only serves to add to our already high level of curiosity.

The TikTok video that she shared about the salad is a bit too short for our liking. Luckily, she visited the good folks at the Today show and provided more background about the recipe.

The salad is very green and can be made with a blender (and a sharp knife). Melissa believes “every ingredient should be nourishing, especially in a salad.”
