A lot of people I know are trying to go vegan for the month of January while some are making the change for good. The only thing that would be standing in my way would be my love for cheese…AKA dairy. There’s nothing that I love more than chips and queso from Chipotle.

Well, I have some good news…Instagrammer Costco Buys posted a photo of Good Food’s plant-based queso dip that is made with things like cauliflower, red bell peppers, almonds, apple cider vinegar, red onions, and nutritional yeast. Turns out the nutritional yeast is what separates it’s dip from the rest and gives it a realistic cheese flavor.

Has anyone tried this @goodfoods plant-based queso style dip that I spotted at Costco? 🤔 This looks great…I must try it! ($7.79, item no. 1344093)

Based on its ingredient list, the dip is vegan-friendly, gluten-free, and has no sugar added. The best part? It only has 45 calories for 2 tablespoons.

I went out immediately to buy it for my boyfriend who is lactose intolerant and he absolutely loves it!

You can pick this up at your local Costco for about $7.79 and it is also available at Target in a smaller size for $5.89.

With Super Bowl season upon us, we are definitely going to be loading up on this dip!
