These are the types of stories that make us wish we were there to see them in person. According to the TikTok that you are about to see, this Wal-Mart location is one of the company’s best-kept secrets.
We are inclined to agree here, for sure. @carriejernigan1 happens to live by the corporate headquarters for Wal-Mart and now, she is sharing her findings with the rest of the world.
Since she lives so close, she is given access to the company’s test store and she is graciously providing us with a much closer look. It is enough to make you wish that you had a chance to visit on your own time. As it turns out, Wal-Mart decided to turn four of its locations into technology test centers all the way back in 2020.
Wal-Mart says that the purpose of these stores is a simple one. According to its website, Walmart is looking to “find solutions that help our stores operate as both physical shopping destinations and online fulfillment centers.” That makes all of the sense in the world to us. Thanks to Carrie, we are now given the opportunity to see the results of this initiative firsthand.
When she visits this store, she gets to test out all of the latest products and services that Wal-Mart plans to offer to the general public. At this location alone, there is a doctor’s office, a daycare for dogs, not to mention a spa and veterinary clinic! Animals are clearly very well taken care of here, there is no doubting that for even a second.
The home decor section is Carrie’s favorite section. She appreciates this part of the store because the items are as chic as they are affordable.
It’s a tough balance to strike but Wal-Mart is here to help. The world of TikTok was spellbound but they did notice one key thing. The Wal-Mart locations in their area are simply not as nice!
“Walmart would make even more money if they did all the stores like this,” said one viewer. We cannot speak for everyone but we have taken notice of how lackluster our store as compared to this one.
