Starbucks’s secret menu is an ever-increasing list of tasty-sounding drinks that we can’t wait to try. Thanks to creative fans of the coffee chain, there is so much to choose from. At this point, the secret menu is probably as long as the normal, in-store menu. And while most of these inventive drinks are coffee-related, there are a few that involve Starbucks’ teas. And the latest one to be posted online sounds like the perfect summer drink.
Piña Coladas are some of the most well-known and well-liked summer cocktails around. But now with a fun twist, there is the secret menu item called a Pink-A-Colada – which sounds just as delicious. According to Catie Ehret from totallythebomb.com, this has all the flavors of a Piña Colada, along with a dash of strawberry, but without the alcohol. Although, we’re pretty sure some could probably be added after the fact.
But this strawberry-pineapple drink not only looks delicious, but it is also pretty easy to order from any local Starbucks. Of course, you can’t just walk in and ask for a Pink-A-Colada because the barista would have no clue what you’re talking about. That is why you need to present your barista with a certain set of instructions.
What you want to do is to start off by ordering a Venti Pink Drink without inclusions. Then, you ask for four pumps of pineapple ginger syrup, followed by vanilla sweet cream cold foam blended with two pumps of pineapple ginger syrup. And to top it all off, some strawberry puree on top.
