The classic combo of chocolate, marshmallow, and graham crackers will always have a special place in my heart (and stomach). While the warm, sugary dessert is typically served around the campfire, I wanted to figure out a way to get all the same flavors without having to go outdoors and build a fire. This S’Mores Casserole is just the ticket!

It’s made especially easy by using refrigerated crescent rolls, which give everything a savory, slightly buttery flavor that pairs perfectly with chocolate and marshmallow cream. Add just a hint of cinnamon, and you’ve got yourself one irresistible dessert!

To get started on this scrumptious S’Mores dessert, preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Carefully unroll one tube of crescent rolls and cover the bottom of a 9×13 pan, pinching the seams together to form a solid sheet of dough.

Then, in a large bowl, cream together 3/4 cup sugar and cream cheese. Add marshmallow creme and continue mixing until combined. Pour this mixture over the crescent roll dough and spread evenly.

Place graham crackers in a Ziplock bag and crush them until fine crumbs form. Add 2 tablespoons sugar, cinnamon, and 3 tablespoons melted butter. Shake until coated and then sprinkle on top of the cream cheese layer.

Sprinkle chocolate chips and marshmallows over everything, and top with the other crescent roll dough. Brush remaining butter on top and sprinkle with sugar. Bake for 13-15 minutes, until golden brown. Serve up hot!

This warm, gooey, melt-in-your-mouth dessert comes together in a snap and is gone just as fast. You may want to make a double batch. Don’t say I didn’t warn you! Check out the ingredient list and full instructions below.
