There’s nothing better than a simple recipe that packs a real punch in the flavor department. And that is exactly how I would describe these Ranch Chicken Skewers. With just 4 ingredients and some extra ranch dressing for dipping, it doesn’t get much easier than this. The skewers can be baked in the oven for a dish you can enjoy year round, or pop them on the grill in the warmer months for some added flavor.

If you’re using wooden skewers, you’ll want to make sure and soak them in water ahead of time to prevent burning. As those soak, slice the chicken into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large bowl. Toss them in olive oil then sprinkle on the ranch seasoning and garlic. Next, tightly pack the chicken on the skewer for some seriously juicy results. The skewers will bake in the oven for just under 15 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.

Brush on additional ranch dressing after they’ve cooked or use it as a dipping sauce. These skewers are great alongside roasted veggies or served on top of your favorite salad. With an easy recipe like this one it’s hard to go wrong. Give our Ranch Chicken Skewers a try and we know you’ll love ‘em!
