It’s certainly a very unconventional take on cooking a turkey. But before you get too excited, it should be noted that the turkey will not be around for Thanksgiving. As it turns out, the Honey Baked Ham Company will only be rolling it out for the month of October, which means you can’t get it for Thanksgiving. For participating locations, since not all Honey Baked locations carry it, you can check their website.

Of course, if you love the idea of a pumpkin spice turkey and can’t imagine your holiday without it, then you can always make your own at home. Reynold’s Kitchen offers a recipe that will allow you to make a pumpkin spice turkey all on your own.

The recipe is simple, and it uses simple ingredients, like brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, allspice, and cloves, in order to make your own pumpkin spice seasoning. This recipe will also require some olive oil, salt, and flour.
