Drew Scott of Property Brothers has made the big announcement. The property brother is about to become a property father and we could not be happier for him and his wife.
Scott is standing beside his wife, Linda Phan, in the announcement photo, which was shared on Instagram. Phan showed off her growing belly in the bathroom mirror, as Scott provided a touching message:

Scott explained the difficulties that they have been having during the pregnancy in the post, which was signed by Drew and Linda. They have had a long, hard road. The couple has been married since 2018. True Property Brothers fans probably remember the ceremony, which took place in front of their friends and family members in Italy.
“It has been an adventure to get here! We know we’re not alone in this experience and that everyone’s is filled with unique challenges along the way. When we first started down this path, we quickly felt sooooo appreciative of the doctors we’ve been fortunate to work with, and fam and friends who supported us throughout, sharing their stories or simply just being there. It made an overwhelming time in our lives more manageable. We hope as we grow through this, that even one of you reading this can also feel a little less lonely in whatever path you’re on! L&D,” Scott wrote in the post.
Some may not have known that they officially tied the knot before the big day actually arrived. It probably won’t shock readers to learn that there is a sizable amount of red tape involved when we decide that we want to get married in a foreign country. That’s why this couple decided to get married in the United States first.
“Instead of exchanging rings, we exchanged burgers, and we got married in a hot tub,” said Scott in the video below. That sounds like our kind of wedding! “And so, the justice of the peace came to us, and we were in the hot tub. We thought they were gonna be like, ‘No, we can’t do that.’ But she was like, ‘That’s the coolest thing I’ve ever seen.,” he continued.
We can’t wait to watch this couple’s journey into parenthood. Congratulations to them and we wish them all of the best going forward. If their wedding is any indication, this child is about to have an absolute blast with their new parents.
