Preserve Fall Foliage Without Pressing Them

There’s nothing quite like the golden, jewel-toned hues of fall foliage. Yet capturing that natural glory is another thing. Sure, there are flower presses, but they don’t preserve the natural thickness of the leaves. Here, this tip stops the leaves in their tracks, preserving their full glory.

Melt beeswax until it is fully and uniformly melted. Take the leaves and dip them into the hot, melted wax. Using the stems of the leaves as a holder will prevent you from getting hot wax on your hands and fingers.
