Peanut Butter Jar Dressing Hori-6

I’m someone who will not throw out food until every last bit has been eaten. Whether it’s the three crackers at the bottom of the bag or the one scoop of ice cream left in the container, I’m going to put it back on the shelf– a little treat for future me. But, one of my least favorite containers to finish is the peanut butter jar. It’s always tough to get those last few spoonfuls out and it’s hard to know when to call it finished. Luckily, I’ve found the perfect solution in this Peanut Butter Jar Dressing!

When that jar is nearly empty, with just a few sticky spoonfuls left, it’s prime time to whip up this dressing. You’ll add all of the ingredients right into the jar itself and shake it up until smooth. Depending on the brand of peanut butter you might need to scrape down the sides a little and give it a stir, but the warm water in the recipe should make this nice and easy. The flavor is perfectly balanced with some nutty sesame oil, tangy vinegar, and a hint of sweetness from the honey.
