Ingredients
- 1 cup butter (2 sticks), softened
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 ½ teaspoons lemon zest
- 2 ¼ cups flour
- ½ teaspoons baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 10 oz lemon yogurt
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F and grease a bread loaf pan.
