Making Mealtime Meaningful: Discover how we're giving back with the 12T Cares program →

Krispy Kreme knows just how much you love their donuts. However, it can be a major pain in the butt to head down to their locations and check to see if the Hot Light is on. That’s why they are partnering with Doordash to make your life easier. Nationwide delivery is now going to be rolled out. As of February 2020, you no longer have to leave the house to enjoy their delicious goodies.

DoorDash has been offering delivery on demand for some time now. It was only a matter of time before the good folks at Krispy Kreme got on board. In the majority of instances, you are going to be asked to pay a delivery fee of $4.99. We are A-OK with that! Boxed coffee can also be sent with your doughnuts. Dave Skena is the chief marketing officer at Krispy Kreme and he’s excited about the partnership.

Freshness concerns have always kept Krispy Kreme from throwing their hat into the delivery ring. Skena says that he wanted to make sure that the company they partnered with shared their outlook when it comes to freshness. Thanks to DoorDash, all of these concerns have been alleviated. DoorDash is happy to ensure speedy delivery right after the donuts have been made.

This is music to the ears of all the Krispy Kreme lovers out there. Orders can be placed on the Krispy Kreme website or you can use their app. If you would like to bypass the delivery fee, you can always head to the store to pick them up yourself. There are roughly 350 locations spread across 42 states, so you should be able to find a Krispy Kreme in your area.

If not? That is a sign that it is time to move. In certain instances, there is a 10 mile limit for delivery. 450 new stores are slated to open by year’s end, so sit tight before you decide to start calling moving companies. Times Square will be the site of the company’s flagship store. In a world that is full of terrible news, we love to pass along stories like this one.

Thanks to Krispy Kreme, you can now receive delivery at the office or simply have donuts sent to your home on those lazy Sunday mornings. We cannot wait to tuck into a fresh dozen while reading the Sunday paper. In the meantime, we urge you to share this excellent news with all of the Krispy Kreme lovers in your life.
