Jim Beam’s distillery property in Claremont, Kentucky is about to come on the radar. You can use Airbnb to begin booking one night stays at the property starting Monday, October 21.

In order to stay in the early 20th century home, you will have to pay $23 per night. Included in the stay are a complimentary barbecue dinner, a Jim Beam bourbon tasting experience and a guided tour of the distillery.

In order to stay at the home, you must be at least 21 years of age. Up to six people can stay per night.

The house, which was built in 1919 overlooks nearby Everbach Lake. If you are 21 years of age or older, you have the opportunity to stay the night.

You will find three bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, a cowboy cauldron fire pit and fishing docks on the property.

The listing states that up to six people and visitors are able to stay at the home. You will also have access to a replica structure built in 2012, known as the Jim Beam American StillHouse. That building shows how bourbon was made back in the 30s.

Also included with the stay is an indoor fireplace, a bar stocked with premium Jim Beam bourbon products and Wi-Fi.

You can also enjoy a complimentary dinner at Fred’s Smokehouse, a nearby establishment. They use recipes inspired by the Beam family, including the famous bourbon-infused BBQ selections.

Reservations are first come first serve but even if you can’t stay with Jim Beam, there are many other bourbon-themed experiences in Kentucky.

One of those experiences is the Kentucky Bourbon Trail, which winds its way through 16 major distilleries throughout the area.

Some of the stops that are well worth seeing include Bulleit Frontier, Woodford Reserve, Four Roses, and, of course, Jim Beam.

There is also an opportunity to check out some of the more niche bourbon brands by checking out the Kentucky Bourbon Trail Craft Tour.
