Jennifer Aniston is one of the most decorated actresses of our time but she is not limiting herself, by any stretch of the imagination. This is one woman who knows how to spread her wings.

You might be aware of her recurring role on AppleTV’s The Morning Show. In addition to this new addition to her portfolio, she is also making major moves outside of the acting world.

You may have heard about the promotion that she received recently. As the new chief creative officer for Vital Proteins, she has a very important task ahead of her. Not to worry, though. Aniston did not take this gig because she wanted an extra paycheck. She simply believes in all of the advantages that Vital Proteins have to offer to the consumer.

It’s always nice to see a celebrity looking out for our collective well-being. Vital Proteins’ collagen powders have been used by Aniston for a few years now, and she’s finally sharing a smoothie recipe with her fans that is sure to appeal to all of the chocolate lovers who are trying to slim down. It’s one of the most magical food-related items that we have come across recently.


This classic “it’s too good to be true” scenario does not come with any hidden drawbacks. “I have a sweet tooth, but only for really healthy things, so this [smoothie] has just made my life—it’s perfect and amazing,” said Aniston when she spoke with Well + Good.

To get started, you will need Vital Proteins Chocolate Collagen Powder or Chocolate Vital Performance Protein Powder.

You’ll also need chocolate almond milk, cinnamon, maca berry, cacao, matcha powder, and spinach. Depending on her mood, Aniston will also add berries and bananas to the equation. The options are endless!

“The chocolate-flavored Vital Performance Protein is also made with collagen and is my latest obsession,” she said. “It’s so filling, and it tastes like I just indulged,” Aniston shares.

She’s been living a healthy lifestyle for some time now, as her mother gave her all of the tips and pointers that she needed from a young age. “When I moved out in my early 20s, my rebellion wasn’t drinking and smoking and going to cool clubs, it was eating Fruit Loops,” Aniston laughs.
