Aging is something that will happen to us, whether we want it to or not. Some might try to turn back the clock or slow down the signs of aging by using varying cosmetic tricks. But others are just embracing what happens to us naturally.

This includes celebrities too. In recent years, more celebs have been forthcoming about taking on the signs of aging. For example, both model Paulina Porizkova and actress Sarah Jessica Parker have chosen to embrace their grey roots. Neither woman seem fussed to rush to try and cover it up.

In fact, according to Yahoo!, Porizkova said, “Aging women have been nearly erased from the media, leaving those of us who want to, or try or would at least try to embrace it – without much representation.”

But she’s not the only one embracing her natural hair color. 83-year-old Jane Fonda is another one who is proud to show off her grays. As US Magazine reports, she recently shared with Ellen DeGeneres in an interview that she is no longer making any attempts to hide her gray. As a matter of fact, she’s quite happy with it now.

“I tell you, I’m so happy I let it go gray. Enough already with so much time wasted, so much money spent, so many chemicals—I’m through with that,” Fonda said.

Over the years, Fond has been known to wear her hair in all sorts of colors, but now, she’s embracing the silver. Even her hairstylist Jack Martin had his work cut out for him changing her hair from blonde to its natural grey color.

The stylist said, “Her goal color was a silver icy blonde to surprise everyone at the 2020 Oscars.”
