And that’s where these brilliant cheesecake hacks come in. These fun little finger food treats are all made with a regular old store-bought cheese, but you would never know it. Whether you’re rolling, dipping, or topping, these three easy ideas take a simple dessert and turn it into a showstopper. Let’s get into the different ideas…
The easiest treat here is the pistachio cheesecake bites. To make them, we punched out bite-sized circles from the edges of the cheesecake (you’ll see why you want to leave the middle for the next treat!) and pressed the tops into chopped pistachios. While you could use any nut here, the pop of green from the pistachios sure is eye catching.
Next up is the chocolate dipped cheesecake slices. We used the middle of the cheesecake for this as our store-bought one was already sliced when we bought it. Stick a toothpick in the end for easy handling and dip most of the slice in melted chocolate. Dark, milk, or even white chocolate would all work here.
For the remainder of the cheesecake scraps we went for raspberry cheesecake bites. By mixing the scraps with a little raspberry jam they form a sweet little filling that can be rolled into balls and chilled. Once the bites are solid enough to handle, pierce them with a toothpick and dip them in white chocolate for a beautiful finish.
