Heinz has been coming up with all sorts of awesome new ideas. You may have seen their Halloween tomato blood costume kit, for starters.
There is also a Dip and Crunch condiment that can be used for various burgers. In addition to these items, they are now going to be providing us with a true game changer. Wait until you see their new French fry series.
It’s one for the ages and we hope that we get to try it out as soon as possible. Heinz believes that traditional fries are unable to scoop up all of the necessary ketchup. That’s why they are looking to rectify the issue once and for all. They believe that these spoon shaped fries are the ultimate solution and we cannot lie to you…we think that they are right on the money with this one.
“If you’ve ever been ‘friestrated’, you’re not alone,” Heinz wrote. “Thankfully, the remedy to not being able to achieve the decent dollop of sauce on your fries is here, thanks to our condiment connoisseurs.” Finally, someone who understands our problems and act
ually wants to address them. These fries are a brilliant idea and they deserve all of the credit.
The Spoon Friez were first announced to the world on National French Fry Day, July 13. Numerous fast food chains offer all sorts of freebies and deals on this day, so it was the perfect time to make the announcement. These fries are made out of potatoes and come with their own awesome tagline: “Friez to enjoy more Heinz.”
Heinz UK has been sharing photos and videos of the new spoons on social media so you can see them in action for yourself.

Of course, there is one major catch that is going to upset our American readers a bit. These new fries are currently not available on our side of the pond.
You would need to be in the UK if you would like to try them. UK residents will have access to them until July 20, as raffle participants are being given the chance to try and win their own.

At the moment, a wider release has not been announced but we can still hope in the meantime, right? It is time that we started applying pressure on the good folks at Heinz. We need these fries in our lives right now and we will stop at nothing.
