One of my favorite things to do is find and try all the seasonal items at Costco. With Valentine’s Day around the corner, I was pleasantly surprised to find out that they would be selling Nuovo’s four-cheese heart-shaped ravioli once again.
Carbs and cheese are the universal language of love…At least in my house.
The tiny pockets of love are filled with four different types of cheese including ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, and aged asiago cheese. The red and yellow hearts went viral after popular Instagram account Costco Buys posted the photo online.
The pasta is being sold in two 20-ounce packages for $9.79 and has apparently been served in fine dining restaurants since 1989. So why did it take us so long to discover this?!
If you aren’t a member of Costco, you can find the Valentine’s Day-themed pasta at Whole Foods. There’s also a recipe for a “secret sauce” to accompany the pasta advertised on the box.
