In order to make the perfect deviled egg, all you need to do is grab a knife and gently roll it over them. It is a simple method, for sure, but that does not make it any less impressive.

She showcases the valuable technique in the video that you are about to see. She takes the hard-boiled egg and gently rolls it over the cutting board with a knife. This allows her to slice off the outer layer far more cleanly than you would expect.
“Look at that,” she marvels, as she takes a closer look at her handiwork. The perfectly round yellow yolk is held up to the camera so that the audience has the chance to appreciate what she has done.
From there, it is tossed in the food processor. The newest egg joins all of the other pristine balls of yolk and we are left to marvel right along with her.
