Ingredients
  • 1 small cucumber, peeled and shredded
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 3 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 teaspoons dried dill
  • 2 teaspoons white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • salt and black pepper, to taste
Preparation
  1. Squeeze excess moisture out of shredded zucchini, then combine in a medium-sized bowl with the remaining ingredients. Mix until well combined.
  2. Transfer dip to a serving dish or bowl if desired then, cover and chill dip for 4 hours before serving. Stir before serving.
  3. Serve with pita bread, chips, or veggie sticks.
