Every week, it seems like there is a new trend involving McDonald’s on social media. Now, UK diners are here to provide us with a whole new spin on Mickey D’s.
They have been purchasing numerous items from the restaurant, in an effort to create their own fully-loaded fries. Lauren Griffiths has helped to popularize the trend in a viral TikTok video.
Once she shared her fully loaded fries with the rest of the world, everyone wanted to know what they would need to do in order to get in on the fun. “I’ve been seeing the trend all over my For You Page of the McDonald’s loaded fries. I could not not do this one,” Griffiths shared. It is easy to see why she had to take part, that is for sure.
The end result looks absolutely delicious if we do say so ourselves. Of course, the “recipe” starts with an order of large fries and things only get more berserk from there.
To complete her loaded fries, Lauren also purchased an order of crispy chicken tenders, some mozzarella dippers, a double cheeseburger (she likes extra pickles on hers), sweet and sour sauce, and curry sauce.
All of the elements were placed in a bowl and from there, Lauren stirs it all around. “I can see why this trend is going absolutely mad,” she said.

She could barely put the deliciousness of the dish into words. Dorian Jessica, another social media, decided to use a chicken Big Mac instead. Barbecue sauce, sour cream and chives were added to hers as well.
While some have been going crazy over the trend, there are others who are offering up contrarian takes on the dish.
“Looks good, but be freezing cold by time you’ve done this,” said one viewer. We can understand that take because we have tried to eat cold McDonald’s before and it is not the least bit fun.
“I mean it’s just a standard McDonald’ order chucked in some plastic bowl. Am I the only one not blown away,” another viewer added. Meanwhile, others fantasized about the ways that they would customize their own orders. “I think Big Mac sauce would be great on it, I can’t lie,” one shared.
