You can season the wings now with dry spices and hot sauce like this user or for a thicker outer coating, you can bread the chicken wings with seasoned flour and eggs.

Next, the seasoned and cooked chicken is fried in oil. Since the chicken is already cooked, you don’t have to worry about the internal temperature. When frying, you only have to focus on getting the exterior super crispy.
