If you are someone who is looking to travel in the lap of luxury, this is the perfect chance to do so. This woman is here to offer access to a hack that just might change your life.

This traveler just managed to make her way from Singapore to New York in a first-class cabin. It only cost her 6 dollars and people are wondering how she managed to pull that off.

A flight that long, in a first-class cabin, for the price of a Starbucks latte? How on earth did she do this?

@travelhackingmom posted the video on TikTok late last month and it has already gotten over 8 million views. As it turns out, these travel expenses are being paid by her credit card miles and this is something that we would not have thought of before.

“This is Singapore Suites’ first class,” she said, as she entered the spacious cabin. Her seating area featured a massive TV, a chair, her mother, and a bed that looked very, very comfy. “She booked this flight for 143,000 points plus $5.60.” That’s an amazing story and we had no idea that you could rack up the credit card points to this extent.

It’s a testament to the power of sticking with it. She is even sharing a major secret with us. The points were built up because she was smart enough to choose credit cards that have perks attached to them when they are set up. It is really that simple!

“For the last five and a half years or so, I have been traveling for nearly free using credit card points and I’m going to break it all down for you,” she said on Tiktok. “Travel hacking is using credit card points and miles to travel for nearly free, the way that we earn these credit card points is by signing up for a new card for the welcome bonus.”

If you would like to learn more about how she pulls this stuff off, she has created a whole video series on TikTok.

The simplicity of this had viewers chuckling and the comments are priceless. “And i thought i had it good getting an empty seat next to me on a 12 hour flight recently,” said one. Our jaws were on the floor, too, believe us.
