Spooky season is here and Twitter is looking to get in on the fun. If you have spent any time on there at all as of late, you have seen the infamous Spirit Halloween costume bag memes.

Sabrina Carpenter got spoofed, with costumes called “Homewrecker (S – – t)” and “Short Blonde Singer.” One Twitter user even made fun of themselves, claiming that they had come across a costume known as “gay loser.”

Vulture’s official Twitter account got in on the fun as well, making a lighthearted joke about the never-ending wait for Rihanna’s ninth album:

Another comedian poked fun at themselves with the “unemployed” costume and we are sure that there are lot of Twitter users who can relate to these gags.
Those of us who are not afraid to make fun of ourselves have been having a ball with this meme. Lil Nas X was not immune, either. One user posted a photo of him with the caption “gay person in a terrible outfit.”

The “graduate student” costume got a big laugh from us as well, as the attention to detail was stellar. They even included coffee, a backpack that is on its last legs and a notebook with nothing but “failed experiments.” No matter who you are, there has to be a costume that is going to speak to you on a personal level.
The “conservative guy scared of cities” who “saw that thing on the news” is way up there for us. We feel like this is a person that everyone knows, whether they consider them to be a friend or not. We all either live or work with one, the type of guy who doesn’t visit cities despite claiming that he is never scared.
