They are a necessity and when you do not have one, life becomes more difficult. Imagine the annoyance of having to trudge back inside for a cold drink every single time. After a while, that would get pretty lame, right?
That’s why we are here to make sure that you are able to transform your old cooler into something a bit more awesome this summer. YouTube channel Home Repair Tutor is going to show you how to change your old cooler into a more rustic, modern option. These trendy makeovers are sure to make you the envy of all of your friends.

When you are ready to get started, there are just a few simple items that you are going to need: A plain cooler, five palettes, a Dremel saw, a drill, wood screws, and wood glue.
While you can check out the video for further information, the steps that you’ll take are simple.
To start, take the cooler apart, remove all of the hardware, and take the lid off the base. Choose a specific way to arrange your palettes, as they will be surrounding the plastic.
In our humble opinion, it is in your best interest to watch the video and learn more about each individual step. Sure, it may seem as if anyone can do this, but that’s the easiest trap to fall into. As soon as the process is done, your cooler should look brand new.
