When it comes to interesting crafting videos, I think that those involving pallets are in a class of their own.

It seems as if people are willing and able to turn pallets into almost anything, but Luke Philpott has taken things to a different level.

Luke regularly uses TikTok to share the DIY he does. Recently, he showed a budget DIY that has many people impressed with his abilities. The video was captioned: “Here’s an idea for the summer.”

After posting the video, it received more than 1 million likes and when you see it for yourself, you can tell why right away. After all, he took a bunch of old pallets and built a bowling alley in his yard!

A video that was posted before this one explains how he got started on this DIY project. It showed the process, in which he said:

“I started by laying down eight pallets in a row and then screwed them all together and made sure they were all level.”

Next, he put down the boards that would be the surface of the lane and then screwed the barriers to the sides so the ball wouldn’t go off and hit a fence or go into the grass.

He even created a ball return system so that the ball comes right back to you!

As you can imagine, many people in the comments were excited about his abilities and loved the idea. It’s interesting what you can do when you put your mind to it.
