If you have ever had to call a customer service line to get an issue of any kind resolved, you have probably experienced the extreme frustration that takes place when you cannot manage to get through to an actual flesh-and-blood human.

This woman named Liz knows your pain and she is here to help you out big time. It’s one of the best hacks that we have seen in some time.

This tip is sure to help you save a ton of time, by giving you the chance to cut through all of the annoyance and speak directly to a person. Now, you will have the ability to skip past the automated robot. It has never been easier to get right to an actual representative and solve all of the problems that you are trying to deal with.

Liz (who goes by @LizTheMusicManager on TikTok) shared the pointer in a recent stitch. “What’s a piece of information that you learned that feels illegal to know?” is the question that she was replying to.

“About a month ago I discovered a way to get through customer service (phone) lines in less than 2 minutes and talk to a real person and not wait on line for hours and hours,” she began.

“Time is money in my business, and when I’m waiting on line with Expedia, American, Delta, Verizon or AT&T, they’re literally wasting my time when I only have one question to ask them.” In her estimation, the hack works within 2 minutes at least 90 percent of the time.

The hack is also the least complicated thing in the world. It is so simple, you could teach a small child to do it within mere moments. All that you need to do is smash the keys 0# 0# 0# “over and over” and you will eventually be taken to a live operator. It is really that easy.

“This little piece of information has saved me so much time and aggravation and frustration,” Liz shares in the video. “So try it out.”

The viewers at home were definitely appreciative of the tip. “This is so much better than me yelling representative over and over again lol,” said one. “This is the most chaotic thing to tell the public,” chimed in another. Meanwhile, others pointed out that they had known about this for some time.
