Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Cover a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Stir together the Parmesan cheese, flour, thyme and pepper.
  3. Spoon the cheese mixture by tablespoons into little heaps on the parchment paper, about 3 inches apart from each other. Use the back of the spoon to flatten each heap.
  4. Bake the crisps for eight minutes or until golden brown. The crisps will still be slightly soft at this stage. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and cool completely.
  5. Remove the crisps from the parchment paper using a metal spatula. Serve immediately, or store between sheets of wax paper in an airtight container at room temperature.
