Crab Rangoon Cheese Dip

Let’s make a crab Rangoon dip that will knock your socks off. Combining the cream cheese, mayo, sour cream, and mozzarella cheese makes for a delicious cheesy base that you shred the crab into. Bake this in the oven until golden perfection before glazing the top of the cooked dip with sweet Thai chili sauce. It has such a delicious sweet and salty flavor that I could eat with a spoon. Wonton chips are easy to make in the oven with this olive oil spray. You can bake these easily at a high heat in the oven and very close together. These wonton chips won’t rise much. You can season these with your favorite chip seasonings if you don’t prefer sesame seeds.

Crab Rangoon Cheese Dip

Ingredients
- 1 lb. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 green onions, sliced thin
- 1 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 8 oz. imitation crab meat
- 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, grated
- 2/3 cup thai sweet chili sauce.
For wonton chip:
- 12 oz. wonton wrappers, cut in triangles
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- Olive oil spray
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 425° F and prepare two parchment-lined sheet trays.
- Arrange wonton triangles along both trays and spray with olive oil. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake until the chips are golden, 12 - 14 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayo, sour cream, garlic, green onion, Worcestershire, crab, and mozzarella cheese. Scoop the mixture into a 9x9 square or circular pan and bake at 350° F for 22 - 25 minutes.
- Remove hot dip from the oven and finish with sweet chili sauce. Let the dip cool for at least 5 minutes then go in!
