When it comes to party appetizers, it’s impossible to go wrong with something cheesy. And this Company Cheese Spread is no exception! It’s the perfect dish for impressing your guests with minimal time and effort (gotta love that). Here, we’re combining sweet and salty ingredients for an irresistible final result. It’s a guaranteed crowd pleaser and once you taste it you’ll understand why!
You’ll want to line your bundt pan with a layer of plastic wrap for easy removal. I used an 8-cup bundt pan for this recipe, but you could get away with using a slightly larger pan if that’s all you have on hand. If you’re feeding a large group the recipe can also be doubled and made in a full 12-cup bundt pan.
The cheese spread starts with a base of tangy cream cheese, mayo, and sour cream. Two kinds of shredded cheese are mixed in: mozzarella and cheddar. Feel free to try other types of cheese to suit your personal taste. Next up. add in some bacon crumbles, green onions, and garlic powder for the final touch.
Sprinkle in chopped pecans, green onions, and bacon bits into the prepared pan then spoon in the cheese spread. Press the spread into an even layer to fill out the shape of the bundt. Now, you’ll pop that baby in the fridge for at least 2 hours to firm up. When you’re ready to serve, flip the bundt onto a serving plate and spoon the pepper jelly into the middle of the spread. Break out the crackers or pretzels and it’s time to dig in!
