BeReal is a private social networking app and they are not exactly known for doing a great deal of advertising. However, Chipotle is an early adopter of BeReal and they are looking to push the company forward a bit.

They are in the process of celebrating the Boorito’s triumphant return. If you were not present the first or second time around, this is your chance to learn.

This is the first time that Chipotle has offered this promo since 2019. Those who are able to win will get 52 free burritos for the next year. The “BooReal sweepstakes,” as they are known, will be taking place on one day only: Halloween. If you would like to participate, all you need to do is head to your local Chipotle in your Halloween costume.

From there, you will share the photo on your Instagram Stories with the #booritosweepstakes hashtag. Be sure to tag @chipotle as well or you can also send an email to sweepstakes@chipotle.com. Make sure that you are putting “BooReal Sweepstakes” in the subject line before sending.

10 winners will be chosen by the good folks at Chipotle and in order to redeem the free weekly burrito, you will need to have a Chipotle Rewards account.

No, you will not have to purchase anything from Chipotle in order to qualify for the giveaway. However, you must at least 13 years old and a legal resident of the United States, Canada, or the District of Columbia. This is not a shocking promotion to anyone who spends time on BeReal, as Chipotle has been offering up promo codes to their users for months now.

According to Restaurant Business, Chipotle Chief Marketing Officer Chris Brandt said that half of the Chipotle customer base consists of millennials and Gen Z. Since the app is dominated by these users, it is no wonder why Chipotle has been getting so many likes and friends. In fact, Chipotle has already amassed over 2,000 friends on the app.

Meanwhile, there are others who believe that these actions are somewhat pushy because the company sells itself as being an alternative to Instagram.

If you’d like to enjoy a Boorito at Chipotle without entering the sweepstakes, you can still head to a restaurant on Halloween from 3PM to close and pay just $6 for an entree!
