Chic-fil-A might be best known for their chicken sandwiches, but there are plenty of other things they do exceptionally well. Like that Frosted Lemonade… oh my is it good! Sweet, creamy, and cold with just the perfect amount of lemony brightness, it’s incredibly refreshing, and incredibly delicious. So much so, that I find myself wanting to drive all the way to Chic-fil-A even when I’m not craving a sandwich. But you don’t really need to get in the car to enjoy this sweet treat – with just three ingredients and about five minutes of free time, you can make it right at home!
Those three ingredients? Lemonade, vanilla ice cream, and a lemon, that’s all you need. The ice cream, of course, provides that lovely creaminess, while the lemonade makes it, well, lemonade, and the zest and juice from a fresh lemon ensures you really taste that lemon flavor.
All you need to do is blend up those three things – ice cream, lemonade, and lemon zest and juice – until they’re smooth and you get to enjoy your favorite frosty treat from the comfort of your own kitchen. Just make sure to use the measurements we’ve listed here; it’s the perfect ratio to replicate the restaurant version!
