If you have ever worked in a restaurant before, you know how busy it can get. That’s what makes this video such an amazing watch.

Jack Croft works as the head chef of this eatery and he’s certainly got a lot on his plate if you will pardon the pun. He’s also the owner of the top-rated Fallow Restaurant, which can be found in the Saint James’s neighborhood of London.

When he decided that he was going to wear a GoPro during a busy lunch service, you knew the results were going to be awesome. Once we found out that this video took place on a Friday, we had an inkling of what we were getting into. The audience is treated to 4K POV footage, giving them a much better idea of what these workers endure when a rush takes place.

We already had a healthy level of respect for what these workers accomplish on a daily basis. This video only served to enhance that perception. The job entails a ton of work and we are willing to admit that we would not be able to handle this.

It’s a very fast-paced job. There is no time for mistakes and when mistakes do happen, they need to be addressed quickly.

“Head chef Jack wears a GoPro during lunch service on a Friday afternoon, in 4K,” the video description reads and this is actually selling him short. We are in awe of this video and we have never seen anything quite like it. More chefs should be doing this so that people can see just how hard they have to work on a daily basis.

While most of us already knew that chefs had a very difficult job, there is nothing quite like seeing it for yourself. This video had us out of breath just watching it if we are being 100 percent honest here.
