They’re made with just a handful of ingredients and bake up in less than 15 minutes– can’t beat that. Perfect for a quick savory snack and easy to customize to your liking. We dipped ours in marinara sauce and the results were delicious!

For such a yummy treat, the process here is pretty straightforward. You’ll slice those onions into very thin rounds and place them on top of piles of shredded cheese. We’ve gone with cheddar, but other hard cheeses would work as well. Sprinkle the top with ranch reasoning or another flavor like Cajun or Italian. Pop them in the oven for about 12 minutes, or until they’re nice and crispy. You will want to watch them closely near the end because they can burn in the blink of an eye.

Let the crisps cool for a few minutes before removing them from the sheet so they’re easier to handle. Then it’s time to dig in! Marinara sauce is a great choice for dipping, but feel free to get creative with it. Hope you love these Cheesy Onion Crisps as much as we do!
