We’re of the firm belief that you can never have too many dips in your recipe collection. Holidays, parties, gamedays, after school snacks– there’s no wrong time for a delicious dip. And when the recipe is as easy as this one, you’re going to want to make it all the time. Packed with garlicky flavor and tons of gooey cheese in every bite, this Garlic Herb Dip is always a crowd pleaser!
If you’re making this for an event, we recommend mixing it all together ahead of time, transferring to a baking dish, and then storing in the fridge until it’s time to eat! While this stuff is still pretty tasty at room temperature, nothing beats warm and toasty cheese!
We used dried herbs in this recipe, but if you have fresh available we highly recommend going with that option. As for the garlic, we don’t believe there’s such thing as too much. We understand that not *everyone* feels that way so feel free to adjust the amount based on your own preferences.
We love to serve this dip up with some crispy crostini, chips, or pretzels, but we won’t tell if you sneak some by the spoonful. No matter what occasion you’re making this dip for, people are guaranteed to go wild for it. We hope your crew loves it as much as we do!
