Cheeseburger Ring

There are a few things I almost always have in the fridge in case company comes by and one of those is some canned crescent rolls. These little triangles are so versatile and can be made into so many other things aside from just the regular rolls (which are great on their own, too). This cheeseburger ring recipe uses 2 cans of these rolls along with traditional cheeseburger fixins for a novel way to serve a burger-esque treat. This one is perfect for parties where you might not want to serve individual cheeseburgers.

To start with you’ll cook your ground beef. But, instead of making patties you just cook it loose, breaking it up as it cooks. Then add in some ketchup and mustard directly to the beef. It may sound weird, but in the end it just gives the meat a bit of a tangy taste instead of being too overpowering.

Cheeseburger Ring

Lay out your rolls with the wider end in the middle, making a ring as you go on a large baking sheet. Then scoop some of the meat into each triangle. Roll the skinny end up over the filling and then you’re ready to bake.

The toppings that you would normally put on a burger go inside the ring once it’s all baked, but you can put pickles on the side because not everyone is a huge fan of them.

Cheeseburger Ring

This is a really fun way to make get your burger fix, but is great for making a little bit of meat stretch to few more servings. Plus the taste is incredible, like a cheeseburger but with a more buttery roll.
