Making Mealtime Meaningful: Discover how we're giving back with the 12T Cares program →

A creative homeowner in Caxias do Sul, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil has taken half of a car and attached it to the gate. Depending on your vantage point, it looks like the car is rolling back and forth when the gate is opened.

Beyond being a neat illusion, it also serves as a security measure to make it appear that someone is always at home.

Perhaps the homeowner in this clip would be willing to let us in on their secret. For starters, we would love to know how they were able to successfully slice a car in half this cleanly.

We hope that they did not try and handle the process on their own but that leaves us with even more questions about how this took place. Is there a location somewhere in Brazil where people can take their old vehicles and have them chopped in half? If not, is there a YouTube channel that teaches us how to slice our cars in half?
