Every time that we board an airplane, we find ourselves asking some very obvious questions. There simply has to be a better way to go about this process.
When it comes to boarding an aircraft, everyone has their own takes and opinions on the most efficient way to go about the process.

This only leads to more debating but that’s to be expected. Typically, those who are flying first-class or are members of the airline’s rewards program are given the chance to be seated first. For some of us, the mere concept of being able to board first is not that much of a perk. After all, who wants to be the one who has to spend more time on the aircraft?
That’s why so many airlines always look to tweak their methods and keep their customers as happy as possible. However, none of these companies are able to put together a truly efficient method because they are relying on human beings to handle it for them. Unfortunately, we are not robots and we have to handle these things in the proper manner.

As for us humans, we would have assumed that the best way to board an airplane is back to front. CGP Grey is here with a video that examines this idea a bit more closely. The methods that you would like to think would work the best are the ones that do not work as easily. Planes are tricky in that way, aren’t they?
As it turns out, there are certain aspects that we had failed to consider. For starters, what happens when people are unable to get their items into the overhead bin as quickly as they should?

This could cause major problems, even when you are trying your best to get everything done in a timely manner. “The human inability to follow instructions is breathtaking,” the video states and we agree.
