Mark Mellen

Director of Creative Mark has been creating video and photo content for 12 Tomatoes since 2014, starting out as a video production coordinator, then the manager of video and eventually became the Director of Creative for 12 Tomatoes. He has created thousands of videos for 12 Tomatoes over the years, ranging from simple recipes to online classes to fun kitchen tips and tutorials. Mark grew up in the Pacific Northwest, studied in Paris, taught English in Korea, and went to grad school for cinema production in Chicago before making his way back to the lovely Seattle area where he now calls home. When he doesn't have a camera in his hands, you'll find him going on adventures with his wife and a goofy dog named Jet, traveling, cooking, playing with his cats, feeding his chickens, reading a good book or keeping up with his love of cinema.
