Popping the question can be one of the scariest moments of a person’s life. What happens if they say no? Will the proposal be creative enough? Will he or she like the ring?
These are all questions that will scare the heck out of even the most confident person. However, this man found one of the best possible ways to propose. He enlisted the assistance of pop superstar Adele!
How did he manage to pull that one off? The proposal took place at a recent show and is well worth seeing for yourself. Adele’s recent show at Griffith Observatory in Los Angeles was the site for this amazing event. Viewers at home got the chance to check it out when they watched “Adele: One Night Only,” a concert special on CBS.
As you can see in the video below, the proposal began when Adele told the crowd that it was time to be silent. That’s when Quentin brought his girlfriend Ashley to the stage. She had on a blindfold and noise-canceling headphones at the time. Once the blindfold was removed, Ashley looked very confused. Quentin then got down on one knee and he thanked Ashley for her patience. We wonder if she knew at this point in time.
While fighting back tears, he said that he knows she will be a great mother to their children one day. “I love you,” he said. “I love you, I love you, I love you, and I will continue to love you forever.” Once he had officially asked for her hand in marriage, Adele broke into song.
“Make You Feel My Love” began to play and the singer performed for the couple. The proposal was accepted and the happy couple sat down in the front row to enjoy the rest of the show.
To make things even cooler, they even got to sit in between Melissa McCarthy and Lizzo for the remainder of Adele’s performance. It does not get much better than that, does it?
What an amazing proposal idea from Quentin and Adele is an absolute sweetheart to have helped out. Anyone who would like to check out this touching moment for themselves is more than welcome to check out the video below:SKM: below-content placeholder
